As the Assistant Director of Green Leaves Early Learning Rockhampton, your role will require you to build a positive, warm, fun and welcoming culture where our Green Leaves Commitments are embedded. You will use your leadership skills to support the Centre Director in the day-to-day operations and successful running of the Centre, guide the team in the development and delivery of high-quality programs that inspire and nurture young minds, and actively mentor and develop the team around best practice.

Ideally, we'd love for you to hold or be willing to obtain:

A current ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualificationA current State relevant Working with Children's CheckA current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates A current Child Protection Training Additional Child Protection Training, in line with section 162A of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Queensland Government. Completion of 1 of the following courses will ensure compliance; CHCPRT025, CHCPRT001, CHCPRT026, CHCPRT002 or CHCECE057 (or willingness to obtain before commencement)Previous experience as an Assistant Director or Lead EducatorKnowledge and experience with Qikkids and Storypark (or similar equivalent platforms)National Police ClearanceProda IDFood Safety Supervisor Certificate
