Commercial Construction Site Manager required for projects in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven Regions

Key responsibilities of the role are:

· Providing leadership on site with Bluestone and subcontract workers

· Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

· Managing and documenting WHS and Quality outcomes on site

· Determining cost effective construction solutions

To succeed in this role you will need:

· A proven track record in leading commercial construction projects in the $3-10m range

· A commitment to driving safety and quality outcomes on your sites

· Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills

· Carpentry trade qualifications, driver's licence and own vehicle.

· Competent using IT – you will be using construction software to manage your sites
