We're on the hunt for friendly, reliable team members to help us serve customers with a smile & support our production team behind the scenes. If you enjoy a mix of front of house and hands on tasks (with cake), this role could be a great fit.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Greeting customers & helping them choose the perfect cake or dessert
  • Taking orders, answering phone enquiries & processing payments
  • Keeping the front of house clean, organised & well presented
  • Assisting the team with the production of our cakes, including but not limited to: prepping ingredients, assembling cakes, adding toppings, boxing cakes
  • Restocking & ensuring displays are fresh & inviting
  • Staying calm, helpful & positive – especially during busy periods

About You:

  • You're friendly, approachable & love helping people
  • You're organised & able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • You've got strong communication skills & a professional attitude
  • You're happy to roll up your sleeves & support the team wherever needed
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or food service in a high volume environment, is an advantage

A Few Important Details:

  • Weekend availability is essential – especially Saturdays & Sundays on a rotating roster
  • Weekday shifts are also available – we're flexible on days, based on your schedule
  • Shifts run between 8:00am and 5:30pm - we are unable to accommodate school hours.
  • Total weekly hours are negotiable
