ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for someone who can lead from the front, inspire the team and keep things running like a well-oiled machine.


• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, providing hands-on support and leadership to the team

• Drive workshop performance and ensure staff are smashing KPIs and sales targets

• Build genuine, long-term relationships with customers, clients and suppliers

• Confidently manage and report on KPIs to head office

• Promote key brands and products using your industry know-how

• Champion quality, safety and cleanliness across the site

ABOUT YOU

You're a natural people leader with a passion for all things automotive. You love creating unforgettable customer experiences and know how to rally a team to get the job done right. Who are you?


• Driven, passionate and mechanically minded - cars are your thing

• A born communicator who leads by example and delivers the kind of customer service people remember

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing an automotive service centre or similar

• Proven sales success in the automotive industry

• Trade qualification ideal but not essential

• Valid QLD Driver's Licence

• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
