About the role

Our Operations & Administration Team is responsible for monitoring and oversight of Cbus owned digital assets and assurance activities, to ensure a seamless online experience for Cbus Members and Employers.

Due to an increase in volumes, we're looking for 3 customer experience professionals to join us on a 6-month contract basis.

You'll be drawing from your technical expertise in either Information Technology or Superannuation to assess data and assist in resolving any issues you may encounter.

This will include:
  • Monitoring and managing internal assurance activities and assisting with incident management
  • Technical data analysis on Cbus products using our analytical tools
  • Involvement with the implementation of business initiatives and enhancements across all digital platforms, ensuring there is minimal impact to Member and Employer Experience
  • Provide testing support to internal and teams to ensure successful delivery of Cbus projects and initiatives
  • Reporting on key activities and outcomes to relevant stakeholders
Experience and Qualifications

You'll bring:
  • Ideally, experience in superannuation operations, or a similar environment
  • Strong Excel skills, preferably also Power BI experience
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a focus on getting the best customer outcome
  • A high level of attention to detail
