About the role
Reporting to the Regional Manager, WA, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of the branch.
Your focus will be on leading and developing your team to deliver on our member first philosophy and overseeing the provision of value-added activities such as member education and providing the right financial solutions.
Working as part of an inclusive and collaborative team your key responsibilities will include:
- Be a proactive individual with the confidence to connect with the branch market, build strong networks and develop new business opportunities.
- Implement a coaching framework and strategy to drive the performance of the team and ensure achievement of individual, team and branch KPI's
- Develop, implement and support centralised and localised marketing campaigns and network to build lasting relationships with new and existing members, business partners and the community
- Strong commercial acumen with a good understanding and passion to embrace the business's strategic direction
- Ability to demonstrate strong Brand representation and presentation
- A proven track record across both deposits, lending and ancillary products, enhancing Member value to achieve KPI's and portfolio growth for lending and deposits.
- Proven leadership capability, an experienced coach who demonstrates superior use of Enrich principles and leadership behaviours
- Strong communication and relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Commitment to identifying, managing and mitigating risk ensuring compliance at all times
- Tier 2 accreditation required
- Certificate in front line management (Desirable)
What will you bring?
- Well-developed leadership skills with the ability to drive change and build a strong team culture
- Proven success in coaching individuals and teams to achieve outstanding results in service in a financial services branch environment
- Significant financial services experience with sound understanding of lending, investment, insurance and savings products and associated legislation
- Strong engagement, networking and business development capability
- Tier 2 accreditation required and a Certificate in front line management is desirable.
