Now, we're on the lookout for an experienced Full-Time Retail Team Leader to step into a Florist Team Lead position Are you ready to help shape, train, and lead our creative team?What You'll Do:As our new Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of our floristry operations, living our team values and ensuring everything runs smoothly while inspiring and mentoring our team. Here's a snapshot of your day/week:Lead and delegate - Oversee floristry order delegation, lead by example, and create beautiful, consistent bouquets in line with company standards.Goals & KPIs - Set and smash goals, manage KPIs, and keep our standards high across the whole team.Hustle with purpose  - complete your orders to company KPIs, make sure processes are followed daily and weekly key tasks always finalisedTrain & inspire - Train, mentor, and coach our floristry team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Nurture you + your team's potential and growthOrganise and think beyond - Proactively pursue decisions that nurture our future and seamlessly strategise large event day planningOptimise - Monitor and creatively optimise processes to help ensure our team thrives.Roster management - Efficiently manage rostering with support and strategy from the leadership team, engaging in key analytics and direction.Who We're Looking For:Floristry expertise -  Ideally Cert III florist or equivalent experience (3+ years in fast-paced floristry).  Please note - we value passion and willingness to learn, so if you are yet to learn Floristry and are willing to within this role, please reach outMotivated & fun -  You're hard-working yet know how to keep the workplace lively.Leadership skills - Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team (prior experience in team leadership a must)Creative & passionate - You love beautiful gifts and exceptional service.Problem solver - Thrive in dynamic environments, adjusting priorities as needed and thinking on the flyInnovative thinker - Always looking for ways to improve and set us apart.
