About the Location

Ingenia Holidays Byron Bay is located at Northern New South Wales' beach holiday hot spot and world class surfing mecca Located only five minutes' drive from downtown Byron, you'll be close enough to the action, yet far enough away to feel like you can truly unwind. Facilities include a swimming pool and playground.

About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Housekeeping Attendant to help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests.

This position is casual, with the potential for additional hours to be picked up during peak periods.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness across rooms and shared areas
  • Replenish supplies, tidy storage areas, and check appliances
  • Safely dispose of waste and report any maintenance needs
  • Respect guest privacy and protect property
  • Work collaboratively while delivering excellent service

About You

  • Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping
  • Current 'C' class driver's licence
  • Strong attention to detail, great time management, and able to work independently
  • Friendly, warm, customer-focused communicator with a team-first attitude
  • Physically fit and comfortable with active, hands-on work (e.g. lifting, bending, walking stairs)
  • Confident using cleaning tools, products, PPE, and site vehicles like buggies
