Tomago Bowling Club is hiring..

We are seeking a reliable and versatile casual team member who can confidently jump between bar service and kitchen prep to support the day-to-day operations of our growing club.

Join an inclusive, flexible and supportive team environment

Your role will be offering a fantastic customer experience as a gaming/bar attendant.

This position will start off as a casual role with approx 15/20 hours a week with above award pay rate.

More hours and future career progression opportunities available for the right candidate.

The role will include:

·       Pouring drinks, operating the POS system, and providing friendly customer service behind the bar

·       Assisting in the kitchen with food prep, basic cooking, cleaning, and maintaining hygiene standards

·       Supporting service during busy periods, including functions and club events

·       Taking initiative and working both independently and as part of a close-knit team

·       Handling Keno and gaming machine operations

·       Above award hourly rates

To be considered, the successful applicant will have:

RSA and RSG

Strong work ethic and flexibility across day/night/weekend shifts

Previous hospitality experience including KENO

Ability to work on their own

Willingness to work across multiple areas of the club, including events and functions
