About the role

This role is responsbile for supporting the introduction of new prodcts into productions, ensuring processes, documentation and in process quality checks are in place for Probiotec Multipack sites.

It will asssitance the Senior Quality Assurance Manager NSW to implement and maintain Quality systems, Quality Manual, Policiews, Prodcedures and Specifcations to ensure that all comply with company and regulatorty authority requirements.

About you

• Experienced QA professional with strong knowledge of TGA, GMP, and HACCP requirements.
• Background in pharmaceutical quality systems and regulatory compliance, with prior leadership or senior QA experience preferred.
• Confident supporting client audits, validation activities, and risk assessments.
• Strong communicator able to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Skilled in QMS implementation, continuous improvement, and maintaining compliance across operations.
• Open to developing knowledge in Food Safety Management Systems (HACCP) for secondary packaging operations.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to ensuring product quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and act as backup to the Senior Quality Assurance Manager (NSW) in maintaining pharmaceutical and food safety standards.
• Conduct quality checks, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with TGA, GMP, and HACCP requirements.
• Manage and maintain QMS documentation, product packing instructions, and training programs.
• Perform and document GMP and self-inspections, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Oversee temperature and environmental monitoring, calibration, and record management.
• Serve as Authorized Person (AP) for product Release for Supply in accordance with approved procedures.
• Investigate and manage non-conformances, complaints, change controls, and product quality reviews.
• Support customer and internal audits, including preparation and follow-up actions.
• Contribute to recall activities, retention sample management, and EHS compliance.
