Full Job Description

At ROUSSOS, we are known for taking a people-first approach to recruitment. We work closely with organisations across the construction, engineering and architecture sectors to deliver a premium, relationship-driven service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant who thrives on connecting great people with meaningful career opportunities.

About the Role

In this role, you will work strategically across a variety of clients — from specialist consultancies to established builders and engineering firms. Day to day, you will:

  • Proactively source and engage high-quality talent
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and support them through career transitions
  • Partner with clients to understand their needs, culture, and long-term goals
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the construction and engineering talent market
  • Deliver a premium recruitment experience built on care, trust, and genuine understanding

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging deep, uncovering standout talent, and creating long-term value for both candidates and clients.
