Occupational Therapist - Grade 1 | Fixed term Full Time - 40 hours per week including a monthly ADO

-  $74,172 - $85,872 per annum ($37.53 to $43.45 per hour) dependant on classification

-  Access to generous salary packaging + hourly rate not including super

-  5 weeks annual leave, monthly ADOs & 7 paid professional development leave days

-  Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology Student Grant Program, in which grants totalling $15,000 are available for final year students

About the role

Grampians Health is calling for passionate recently graduated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic Occupational Therapy team. As a part of our holistic care approach, we're dedicated to fostering your career development, supporting ongoing professional development, and delivering innovative care to our regional communities. Key roles of the position include accountability for delivery of high quality, evidence based clinical services, and assistance with planning and implementation of quality improvement projects within the department.

The roles offer the chance to work across a variety of programs, including acute, hand therapy, inpatient rehabilitation, complex care, community rehabilitation, and more. Rotations are available across multiple campuses including Horsham and Stawell joining our large group of enthusiastic and passionate Grade One OTs, all learning and developing together right across the spectacular Grampians region.
