Plumbing Office all rounder

At Titan Plumbing and Roofing we are looking for a confident office all rounder to support our rapidly growing business. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business and stay long term with us.

Your role will be varied and will include the following:

  • Answering calls from clients and booking in plumbing jobs

  • Scheduling jobs and ensuring the plumbers schedules run smoothly

  • Responding to emails from clients including real estate agents

-Managing Quoted works jobs from approval to completion including invoicing deposits, tracking materials etc

  • Maintaining employee records

  • Tracking employee KPIS

  • Monitoring accounts payable and receivable

  • Electronic and Manual filing

-Accounts Receivable and Payable assistance

You must bring the following:

  • A good attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment

  • The ability to multi task and think fast as the office can get very busy

  • Good attention to detail

  • A friendly disposition

  • Good Computer skills. Must have basic Word and Excel skills. We use Xero and GeoOp is our online job management system.

  • A good work ethic, self motivated and professional

  • A good initiative, proactive.

MUST HAVE TRADE EXPERIENCE

We offer a great working environment. We organise several team events every year including team dinners, breakfasts, nights out, race events etc.

If you have previous experience in the plumbing industry that is highly preferred.

You must be able to work well in a team.

Hours will be Monday -Friday pm
