Job Connect is partnering with a respected manufacturer of trade components in Yatala to recruit Process Assembly Workers for their expanding production team.

These roles suit people with some factory or assembly experience — or those ready to build a stable career in manufacturing. Full training is provided, along with the security of direct employment.

You will enjoy:

Pay rates from $32.31 – $37.16 per hour plus overtimeMonday to Friday, 38 hours per week
  • Day shift: 6:30am starts
  • Afternoon shift: 3:30pm starts
  • Ongoing, long-term work with a national manufacturer
  • All training provided however hand tool or factory experience highly valued
  • Direct employment with the client (not labour hire)

Your Daily Work Will Involve:

Assembling trade supply components at your own workbenchUsing hand tools and small press machinesCompleting hands-on, process-based assembly tasksChecking quality of your own work to maintain high standardsWorking independently while contributing to a supportive team

What We're Looking For:

Reliable, stable work history (1+ years per job is preferred)Previous assembly, process, or manufacturing experience is idealReliable transport – limited public transport access in YatalaFull Australian working rights (not available to limited term visas unfortunately)
