We're looking for a passionate and driven part time 3IC - Sales & Visual Merchandise

The Role:

This is a part time position, 25 hours per week. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sustainable sales growth by consistently delivering Exceptional Retail Experiences, as well as executing and maintaining high visual merchandising standards. Your day will be filled with leading from the front, coaching on the run and creating a winning culture within your store and the Retailors community.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' retail experience, including proven visual merchandising experience
  • Store leadership or key holder experience, working with a team to succeed, preferred
  • Unrelenting commitment and team alignment in delivering Exceptional Retail Experiences
  • Experience in Winning the Day; through meeting and exceeding sales and KPI goals
  • True LEADERSHIP, not defined by a title, but by the impact you have on people and outcomes
  • Genuine CARE, for your team, your customers, and the overall success of the business
  • Ownership and ACCOUNTABILITY across all store operations, ensuring smooth and successful day to day performance
