We're Hiring: Personal Care Workers – Sunshine Coast

Casual Positions Available

Are you passionate about supporting people to live independently in their own homes? We're looking for caring, dedicated, and experienced Personal Care Workers to join our team in the Gympie area.

About the Role:

As a Personal Care Worker, you'll be providing essential support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Duties may include:

  • Personal care (showering, grooming, toileting)
  • Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
  • Manual handling and mobility support
  • Companionship and social support

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Aged Care Facilities

A genuine passion for helping others

Flexibility to take on casual shifts

Reliable, compassionate, and respectful

Experience or training in manual handling techniques

Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Blue and Yellow Cards
