About Us:

Simply Seated offers bespoke event furniture, custom textiles, and décor that help our clients create memorable events. From stylish seating to luxurious table linen, we provide high-end, personalized items for various occasions. We're looking for a motivated and professional driver to ensure the timely and safe delivery and collection of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently deliver and collect event furniture and décor items to/from event venues.
  • Ensure the timely arrival of items, following schedules and addressing any last-minute changes as needed.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of products, ensuring careful handling to prevent damage.
  • Ensure all items are properly secured in the vehicle to minimize the risk of damage during transportation.
  • Maintain accurate delivery and collection records, including client signatures and delivery confirmations.
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks, ensuring the van is in good working condition.
  • Follow all road safety regulations and traffic laws.
  • Assist the warehouse and production teams as needed with preparation or returns of items.

Skills & Experience:

  • Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous driving or delivery experience, preferably in an event or logistics setting.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items, as the role involves physical work.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Professional and customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends depending on event schedules.
  • Fluent English Speaking

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
