Darling Downs Health is seeking a Team Leader to support Geriatric, Adult Rehabilitation and Stroke Services in Toowoomba. You'll provide operational leadership, guide a multidisciplinary team, and help deliver safe, high-quality care. Working with professional directors and health practitioners, you'll manage resources and foster collaboration across disciplines while modelling values of compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation, and courage.

What Your Day Will Look Like….
You'll spend your time leading a team of dedicated health professionals, ensuring services run smoothly and effectively. Your focus will be on planning and coordinating workflows, guiding staff, and supporting them to deliver client-centred care. You'll engage in service development, monitor quality standards, and contribute to improvement initiatives. Collaboration will be central—whether working with colleagues across disciplines, partnering with external providers, or representing the service in forums. Each day brings opportunities to support your team, strengthen services, and contribute to better health outcomes for the community.
