High Intensity Support Needs
 specially the individuals within the NDIS who have complex medical or behavioural conditions requiring specialised and consistent clinical oversight to maintain their health and wellbeing. Our training programs are tailored, evidence-based, and aligned with best-practice standards to ensure safe and effective support delivery.

The Role:

At Heal at Home we are seeking 
Palliative Care
 
Registered Nurses & Enrolled Nurses
to join our compassionate team. This is a 
CASUAL
 role, offering flexibility to work. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality end of life care to clients in the home setting, managing complex conditions, and supporting them with holistic care approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life care
  • Complete nursing assessments and manage care plans
  • Deliver pain and symptom management, including medication administration
  • Support clients and families with education and emotional care
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Ensure safe practice in line with policies and best-practice standards

Essential Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Palliative Care Nursing experience
    , preferably in home or community-based care
  • Experience with complex care management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • A genuine passion for supporting clients
  • Willingness to travel interstate/intrastate
  • Day Shift and Night Shift required

To be considered for this role, you must provide the following:

  • Current AHPRA registration without conditions
  • Current and valid National Police Check (Issued within last 6 months)
  • Current full SA driver's license
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Right to work in Australia
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Current CPR Training certificate
  • Current Manual Handling certificate
