specially the individuals within the NDIS who have complex medical or behavioural conditions requiring specialised and consistent clinical oversight to maintain their health and wellbeing. The Role:
At Heal at Home we are seeking
Palliative Care
Registered Nurses & Enrolled Nurses
to join our compassionate team. This is a
CASUAL
role, offering flexibility to work. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality end of life care to clients in the home setting, managing complex conditions, and supporting them with holistic care approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life care
- Complete nursing assessments and manage care plans
- Deliver pain and symptom management, including medication administration
- Support clients and families with education and emotional care
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Ensure safe practice in line with policies and best-practice standards
Essential Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Palliative Care Nursing experience
, preferably in home or community-based care - Experience with complex care management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- A genuine passion for supporting clients
- Willingness to travel interstate/intrastate
- Day Shift and Night Shift required

- Current AHPRA registration without conditions
- Current and valid National Police Check (Issued within last 6 months)
- Current full SA driver's license
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Right to work in Australia
- Current First Aid certificate
- Current CPR Training certificate
- Current Manual Handling certificate
