About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and adaptable Personal Care Workers (PCWs) to join our team for travel-based aged care contracts throughout regional and remote South Australia. You will be providing essential care and support to elderly residents in aged care facilities, making a meaningful impact in communities that truly value your work.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced carers who enjoy variety, autonomy, and the chance to explore new regions while doing rewarding work.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with personal care tasks, including showering, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility
  • Support residents with daily living activities while promoting independence and dignity
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance resident wellbeing
  • Follow individual care plans and report any changes in health or behaviour to nursing staff
  • Assist with mealtime support, light cleaning, and general assistance as required
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with facility procedures and aged care standards

Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent – Essential
  • Minimum 6 months experience working in aged care (residential or community)
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Valid National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and current flu vaccination
  • Manual handling & infection control training (can be refreshed prior to contract)
  • Driver's license preferred but not essential (depending on the site)
