Are you a customer service, sales, or fundraising superstar? MSWA is expanding our dynamic contact centre team, and we're looking for enthusiastic individuals to help us deliver incredible results.

Our Contact Centre is open Monday - Thursday 9am to 6pm and Friday 9am - 5pm. We have casual, part-time and full-time options available to suit you and your lifestyle


What you'll be doing

  • Engaging with MSWA's supporters through inbound and outbound calls
  • No cold calling - all calls are existing supporters to build relationships and provide updates
  • The opportunity to work on MSWA's largest lottery campaign
  • Promoting MSWA's products and encouraging donations
  • Hitting sales targets and celebrating team wins
  • Solving problems and making customers feel valued
  • Keeping accurate records and staying sharp with ongoing training

About you

  • You love engaging with people and have experience in customer service, sales, or fundraising (experience in lottery ticket sales is a plus)
  • Comfortable using computer systems and quickly adapting to new tools
  • You're motivated to meet or exceed sales targets and help us raise funds for a meaningful cause
  • NDIS Clearance: You'll need to have NDIS Clearance or be willing to obtain it
