About the Role

Serene Facility Group is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our housekeeping team for upcoming casual shifts at a prestigious 5-star hotel in the Gold Coast.

We are hiring for:

  • Room Attendants – (One Off)
  • Room Attendant Supervisor – (One Off)

Shift Time: 9:00 AM

Dates: 1st & 2nd December 2025


Responsibilities
Room Attendants:
  • Strip soiled linen from guest rooms
  • Remove clean linen from storage pantries
  • Replenish linen supplies
  • Assist with bed making as required
Room Attendant Supervisor:
  • Supervise housekeeping staff and oversee daily operations
  • Allocate tasks and coordinate team activities
  • Communicate with onsite hotel contacts
  • Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and hotel standards

About You
All Applicants:
  • Punctual, reliable, and professionally presented
  • Able to follow instructions and work effectively in a team
  • Housekeeping/bed-making experience preferred
  • Must have WhatsApp installed by 21st November for team communication
  • Australian work rights are required for these positions
Supervisor Applicants:
  • Previous supervisory or team-leading experience in housekeeping/hospitality
  • Minimum of 6-12 months supervisory experience required
