Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership & Delivery
  • Lead planning and execution of data and reporting projects across agile delivery squads.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of data solutions including EDW transformations, cloud platforms, and analytics pipelines.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation using tools like MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders including IT, service design, analytics teams, and executive leadership.
  • Facilitate consultations, manage expectations, and influence decision-making.
  • Ensure alignment of project goals with business and community needs.
  • Risk & Issue Management
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Maintain compliance with governance frameworks and quality standards.
  • Communication & Reporting
  • Provide regular status updates and performance reports.
  • Develop clear and engaging communication materials for diverse audiences.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Promote a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • Lead initiatives to improve project delivery processes and stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years of experience in IT, data, or analytics project management.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, PowerPoint).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Recognised certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile
