As our new Solution Sales Specialist - Azure, you will play a key role in driving cloud solutions adoption and services revenue growth within Crayon. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and close Azure-related service opportunities, by leveraging your deep knowledge of Microsoft cloud services and aligned programs.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Microsoft Azure solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Fabric, to new and existing clients
- Engage with C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and technical teams to understand business needs and align Azure services accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams and trusted partner consultants to design and present tailored cloud solutions
- Build strong relationships while staying current on Microsoft Azure (especially Fabric), partner programs, licensing models, and market trends to deliver effective sales enablement for partners
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and deal closure, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities
Your Competencies
- 5+ years of sales experience in IT and software services consulting within the partner channel ecosystem
- 2+ years of proven success selling Microsoft Azure solutions, cloud services, or IT consulting engagements
- Solid knowledge of cloud computing models, including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS
- Familiarity with Microsoft partnership programs and Azure incentive structures (preferred)
