We're looking for a
Senior Case Manager
to join our growing team — individuals who lead with empathy, act with integrity, and truly want to make the world a safer, kinder place.

About the Role

You'll be a true voice in the business — someone we trust, respect, and listen to. At WeDVs, we give all our people a voice because we want you to grow, be heard, and reach your full potential.

In this role, you'll:

  • Take incoming calls from clients and team members, ensuring they receive the best possible support when they need it most.
  • Provide trauma-informed guidance, safety planning, and case management support.
  • Work closely with workplaces and individuals to connect them with the right resources and pathways to safety.
  • Collaborate with psychologists, advocates, and workplace partners to deliver holistic care and meaningful outcomes.
  • Contribute to building a culture of empathy, professionalism, and empowerment.

About You

You're a compassionate professional who believes that people deserve to feel safe — at home, at work, and in their community. You're steady in crisis, clear in communication, and grounded in purpose.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in case management, crisis response, social work, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of domestic and workplace violence frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • The ability to balance compassion with boundaries and professionalism.
  • A deep desire to make a positive impact in the world.
