About the role

As a part of the Retail Store team for Reward Hospitality, this is a casual role that will see you overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store located in West Perth WA. In this position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth running of the store.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing a high level of customer service
  • Handling cash, stock, and inventory management
  • Ensuring the store is well-presented and maintains a tidy, organised appearance
  • Assisting customers with product selection and purchases
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a retail or hospitality role
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in cash handling and stock management
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and lead by example
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the business
