Jim Kidd Sports is currently searching for an Assistant Manager for our store located in Watertown Brand Outlet in West Perth with experience in the retail industry and a passion for customer service, to join us in our WA based business. You'll play a critical role in our company, assisting in leading a team of dedicated staff in conjunction with the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional experience for customers, coach and lead staff by example to provide the same.
  • Assisting in preparing weekly store sales reports, highlighting best selling departments and presenting this to key management
  • Ensuring the store is neatly presented at all times and have the ability to adapt the layout as needed
  • Assisting in the management of staff rosters to meet operational and cost efficiencies in line with company weekly budgets and policy
  • Performing stocktakes and ensuring that stock levels for current and future advertisements are well maintained

The ideal candidate would possess the following:

  • 2-3 years retail management / assistant management experience
  • Passion for retail & customer service
  • Strong leadership & communication skills

You must be an Australian citizen and / or hold a Permanent Residency (PR) to be able to be considered for this opportunity.
