The Role:

With Workforce Extensions South Brisbane Health, you will join a supportive team working to deliver high quality care to Residential Aged Care Facilities in the Hervey Bay area. This role seeks passionate & dedicated agency PCAs who live in Hervey Bay/surrounding areas. About you:

Successful candidates will have a passion for providing a high level of care within Aged Care, and will possess the following:

-Certificate 3/4 in Aged Care/Individual Support or equivalent

-Current Police Check

-Annual 2023 Flu Vaccination

-CPR Certificate

-Evidence of Covid Vaccination (including at least 1x Booster)

-NDIS Screening Check

-Residential Aged Care experience

-Flexibility to work across multiple facilities

-Reliable mode of transport

-Can-do positive attitude
