Maryborough Community Aged Care is seeking part time and casual Personal Care Assistants.

We are currently seeking a Personal Care Worker who will look after our residents with a high level of attentiveness, kindness, and respect. We are looking for someone who will strive to maintain and enhance residents' health and well-being, capabilities, independence, choice, privacy, dignity, and safety to make every day the best it can be. To maintain this attentiveness to our residents, we aim to support your well-being and ensure a happy and safe work environment.

What will this role involve?

  • Flexible shifts available 24/7
  • Part time and casual shifts to suit your needs
  • Caring for our residents with kindness and respect
  • Communicating with residents and their families
  • Ensuring residents' independence, choice, privacy and dignity

What do I need to apply?

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Certificate IV in Ageing. Please attach a copy of your qualification and your transcript to your application
