About the role
Our NSW team is on the lookout for a Project Engineer to support upcoming tender and preconstruction activities, forming a key part of our succession planning. This role sits within our collaborative North Sydney office (minimum 60% office-based), working alongside experienced leaders and contributing to work across multiple regions, including SEA and APAC.
You will gain exposure to senior management, interface with clients and subcontractors, and get hands-on with diverse, technically challenging infrastructure projects. - Contributing to project reporting, QA processes, and continuous improvement.
About you
You are a driven engineering professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys variety, and is keen to grow with a business that values initiative and collaboration. You enjoy working across functions and aren't afraid to jump into new challenges.
You will ideally bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Civil/Structural or related field).
- Experience working in infrastructure or construction environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- White Card (mandatory) and Driver's Licence (preferred).
- A proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
