Are you passionate about plants, outdoor spaces, and creating beautiful gardens? Gaia Landscaping is a small, friendly, and growing gardening and landscaping business servicing Melbourne's Eastern and inner Northern suburbs. We're on the lookout for a reliable and enthusiastic team member to help us bring nature to life in our clients' homes and businesses.

Position: Gardener & Landscaper

Part-time: 2–3 days/week to start

Potential to grow into a full-time role (5 days/week)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • General garden maintenance: mowing, pruning, weeding, mulching
  • Soft landscaping: planting, soil preparation, garden bed installation
  • Assisting with hard landscaping projects: paving, edging, small construction tasks
  • Working closely with the owner and clients to deliver high-quality results

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in gardening or landscaping (formal qualifications a bonus but not essential)
  • A genuine love for working outdoors and with plants
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual work
  • Driver's license and own transport preferred
