Landscape Gardener Wanted – Shep's Gardening & Landscaping

Shep's Gardening & Landscaping is a fast-growing local business looking for a reliable and motivated Landscape Gardener to join the team.

This is a part-time / casual position (around 2–3 days per week to start) with the opportunity to move into full-time for the right person.

About the role

You'll be working alongside a small, hands-on team performing a variety of landscaping and gardening tasks, including:

  • Installing garden beds, turf, gravel and mulch
  • Building retaining walls and completing paving projects
  • General garden maintenance and tidy-ups
  • Maintaining clean, hazard-free worksites
  • Following all OHS regulations

What we're looking for

  • Current driver's licence and reliable car (essential)
  • Previous experience in landscaping or gardening
  • Competency with hand and power tools
  • Own tools a bonus (can be provided if needed)
  • Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a small team
