About the role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Internal Sales Assistant to join the team at City Electric Supply Pty Ltd in Bibra Lake, WA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our valued clients. As part of the in-store team, you will play a key role in contributing to the overall success of our Bibra Lake branch.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, both in-person and over the phone
  • Handling sales transactions, order processing, and inventory management
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked wholesale environment
  • Actively participating in product training and development to expand your knowledge
  • Contributing to the overall success of the branch through excellent customer service and sales performance

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a wholesale or customer service role, preferably within the electrical or hardware industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
