  • Lead a team of Higher Education lecturers to deliver high-quality teaching to optimise student learning outcomes.
  • Maintain course adherence to external standards and implementing the Chisholm Teaching and Learning Quality Cycle.
  • Lead and participate in the scholarship of learning and teaching, and the discipline.
  • Contribute to the marketability and sustainability of the course and identifying future business opportunities.
  • Lead, monitor and report to the Higher Education Course Committee (HECC), Academic Quality and Courses Committee (AQCC), and the Higher Education Academic Board (HEAB) as required on the delivery of the course according to Chisholm's higher education policies, procedures.
  • Support students from diverse backgrounds to successfully transition into and stay in Higher Education.
ABOUT YOU You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in leading and developing Lecturers to achieve excellent student and scholarly outcomes. You have proven success in developing and delivering innovative educational programs to meet the current and emerging needs of higher education students and industry, including online/blended learning, with a strong understanding of contemporary approaches to education, teaching and learning Qualifications required for the role
  • PhD in Psychology and demonstrated excellence in teaching and innovation in higher education.
