As an Assistant Venue Manager, you'll play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our vibrant venue. In this hands-on leadership position, you'll manage our bar, restaurant, gaming room and functions, ensuring everything runs smoothly while delivering outstanding experiences for our guests. What You'll Do

  • Support the Venue Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service in our bar, restaurant, and accommodation.
  • Inspire and mentor your team, driving a positive and productive culture focused on excellence, customer service, and continuous improvement.
  • Be the point of contact for guest inquiries, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience, from check-in to checkout.
  • Assist in managing stock, scheduling, and staff performance while maintaining efficient operations and adhering to budget targets.
  • Assist in ensuring the venue adheres to health and safety guidelines, licensing laws, and all regulatory requirements.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • RMLV: Required to ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
  • Approved Manager's License: Necessary for managing licensed areas and ensuring the legal operation of the venue.
  • RSA: Essential for serving alcohol responsibly.
  • RSG: Required to oversee gambling activities.
  • CLO Certification: Important for managing customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
