Metal Roof Plumber

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tradesman Roof Plumber to join our team

We are offering competitive rates based on skill, as much overtime as you want and with a 12 month signing bonus of $5000

As a Tradesman Roof Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs for residential and commercial properties. Your expertise in working with various roofing materials, such as colorbond, copper, soft zinc and other metals. will be essential in delivering high-quality craftsmanship and ensuring the longevity and integrity of our clients' roofs.

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair roofs using a variety of materials, including metal, tiles, specialty metals.
• Proficiency in metal roofing systems (standing seam, snap-lock, etc.)
• Experience with industrial sheet metal equipment
• Knowledge of Australian roofing standards and regulations
• Conduct inspections and assess the condition of roofs to determine the necessary repairs or replacements.
• Measure and cut roofing materials accurately to fit specific dimensions and requirements.
• Install and repair gutters, downpipes, and other roofing components.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Ability to work at heights
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25kg
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

3+ years experience essential

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Plumbing Contractor Licence (ideal)
• White Card (Construction Induction Card)
• Working at Heights certification

Must have:

• Valid Australian driver's licence
• Reliable transport to reach various work sites across Sydney
