We are seeking a full-time, dedicated educator to join our team, working with children across all age groups (Babies to Kindergarten). The best part? You can choose the age group you are most passionate about

Key Role Responsibilities
  • Full-Time Role: Consistent, secure full-time hours.
  • Rotating Roster: Work on a rotating roster between the hours of 7:00 am and 6:30 pm.
  • Collaborative Planning: Actively assist with program planning ideas and documentation, bringing your creativity to life.
  • Warm Environment: Create a genuinely warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment for all children and families.
  • Community Connection: Foster strong, meaningful relationships with our families, upholding our family-community focused ethos.
  • Supervision and Safety: Maintain continuous and diligent supervision of all children to ensure a safe and secure learning environment.
  • Meeting Children's Needs: Attend promptly to all children's personal needs, including nappy changes, feeding (bottles and meals), implementing sleep and rest routines, and settling children comfortably into the daily environment.
  • Compliance: Adhere strictly to all service regulations, policies, and procedures.
Essential Requirements
  • Approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent, as recognised by ACECQA).
  • Subject to a police check or willingness to obtain
  • Have two references that can attest to you working with children .
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications.
  • A true passion for early childhood education and a positive, collaborative attitude.
  • Mandatory reporting training
