As a Goodstart Educator, you'll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. **About Goodstart Baringa**:
Our revolutionary $3.7 million centre features a 952 square metre outdoor play environment. We are a 126 placed centre and we have two Kindergarten programs with Early Childhood Teachers in both and offer Bush Kinder as well as a sports program weekly.
The centre is located directly opposite Baringa State Primary school which offers a STEM focused curriculum. We work closely with the local community and school to ensure that our curriculum is not only STEM based but also reflects the values of our local community.

**You’ll need**:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current Queensland Working with Children Check
