Psychologist Senior

This role is ideal for a psychologist who enjoys supporting others in their professional growth. As a Senior Psychologist in Toowoomba, you'll help shape clinical education for students and new graduates, working across teams to build capability and confidence. What your day will look like….

You'll coordinate education programs, support clinicians in mentoring roles, and contribute to service improvement across Darling Downs and South West Health Services. You'll engage with universities, health teams and statewide networks to ensure training is consistent, safe and relevant. Whether you're reviewing data, offering guidance to a new graduate, or refining a learning framework, your work will reflect the values of compassion, integrity and innovation—helping others grow while keeping care at the centre.
