Produce Team Member – Organic Wholesale Produce

Are you looking for a hands-on role in a friendly and supportive team environment? Do you enjoy staying active and working with high-quality, organic produce? We're looking for a reliable and motivated Produce Team Member to join our wholesale organic produce business.

In this role, you'll play an important part in getting fresh organic fruits and vegetables from our warehouse to our valued customers. Your day will include picking and packing produce orders, building and wrapping pallets, and pre-packing bulk produce into retail-ready packs. You'll work closely with other team members to make sure every order is accurate, well-presented, and delivered on time.

This is a casual position, ideal for someone seeking work-life balance and the flexibility to work one to three shifts per week. Whether you're looking to supplement your income or prefer a lighter workload, this role offers a great opportunity to stay active and be part of a positive, purpose-driven business.

To thrive in this role, you'll need to be physically fit and capable of lifting up to 20kg, as the job involves regular manual handling and movement around the warehouse. Attention to detail, teamwork, and a good attitude are key. A Forklift Licence is a bonus, but not essential — we value enthusiasm and reliability above all else. Shifts will be rostered between the hours of 10am-10pm Sunday to Thursday.
