Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inductions and provide support to new members, ensuring they feel welcome and confident in their fitness journey.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Personal Training or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
  • A passion for fitness and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
  • Availability to work a staggered schedule, with increasing hours as you progress in your career.
