Are you a proactive and driven professional with a proven background in business development within the geotechnical, construction, or engineering sectors?

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team and help expand our client base and project portfolio across Victoria, NT, SA,WA,TAS & NZ

We provide comprehensive geotechnical engineering, testing, and consultancy services to the construction, mining, and infrastructure sectors. With offices in Perth, Darwin, Thomastown, Mornington, Mildura, Albury, and Adelaide, we pride ourselves on delivering quality and reliability to our clients.

Your Role
  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify and target key projects and stakeholders within construction, mining, and infrastructure industries
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals and bids
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Meet and exceed quarterly KPI targets to drive company growth and revenue
  • Willingness to cold call and cold visit potential clients to build new relationships
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years proven success in business development within geotechnical, construction, or engineering sectors
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
  • Willingness to travel across multiple regions as required
