We are on the hunt for a Scheduling & Service Specialist to join our wonderful operations team helping more and more Australians make the switch to solar and solar batteries. Reporting directly to our Operations Manager, you'll ensure we are a well oiled machine, liaising with our customers, installers and suppliers driving positive customer outcomes and getting the job done to the highest of standards.

About the Role

As a Scheduling & Service Specialist, you will coordinate end-to-end delivery of residential and commercial solar/battery installations. Working across customers, subcontractors, and suppliers, this role owns the booking process, builds efficient installation schedules, and keeps projects moving from sale to completion. You'll be the central point of contact, confirming site readiness, arranging materials, aligning contractor availability, and proactively updating customers. When issues pop up, you'll triage, resolve, or escalate quickly while maintaining a high standard of customer service and clear, timely communication.

This is a full-time role based from our North Sydney office (5 mins from The Metro and North Sydney Station), you will be joining a growing team of likeminded people who work hard Monday to Friday and celebrate every success. A truly awesome place to work


You'll be responsible for:

  • End-to-end scheduling and coordination

  • Supplier and logistics coordination

  • Constantly drive positive customer outcomes

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Manage an email inbox with a high level of proficiency
  • Manage customer data with our in-house CRM
  • Support customers with post-sale queries
  • Communicate and maintain strong relationships with our partners
  • Respond to customer queries and questions with lightspeed
  • Clearly and quickly identify any problems and assist to find solutions
  • Learn and grow within the role to chase your best everyday
