Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in retail, sales, or customer service
  • A genuine love for fashion and footwear, with an understanding of our brand and customers
  • Strong merchandising and styling skills
  • A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Confident making decisions and solving problems independently when needed
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers and colleagues alike
  • Well-groomed and professional, with a strong eye for fashion and current trends
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing demands in a fast-paced retail environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers and delivering exceptional service tailored to their needs
  • Providing detailed product knowledge, styling advice, and recommendations
  • Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-presented store environment
  • Operating the POS system, managing transactions, and handling cash confidently
  • Restocking shelves, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting stockroom operations
  • Assisting with visual merchandising and in-store displays to reflect the Le Sansa identity
  • Opening and closing store procedures
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally and promptly

This Role

We're seeking someone who:

  • Has prior retail experience (footwear or fashion highly regarded)
  • Understands in-store operations, policies, and procedures
  • Is hands-on, energetic, and vibrant in their approach
  • Can motivate and inspire the team to deliver outstanding results
  • Has the ability to exceed KPIs while maintaining amazing customer service
  • Brings creativity and initiative to merchandising and styling displays
  • Demonstrates flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and peak trading periods
