Our team is passionate, collaborative, and driven by results - and we're looking for a Corporate Services Manager to help streamline our internal operations and support our continued growth.

About the Role

As our Corporate Services Manager, you'll oversee the administrative backbone of the agency, managing key areas including finance, human resources, facilities, IT systems, organisational operations, physical and staff resources. You'll work closely with our leadership team to enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and drive strategic initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Administrative Leadership

  • Support senior leadership with strategic planning, decision-making, and operational execution
  • Contribute to strategic planning, internal policies and procedures for use by staff, decision-making processes, and ensure the efficient operation of agency services.
  • Oversee the implementation of organisational strategies, ensuring compliance with WHS regulations, and internal governance

Resource & Operations Management

  • Manage and optimise daily business operations across HR, finance, staffing resources and administrative support

  • Oversee the effective use of company systems including HiBob (HRIS), (project tracking), and ClickUp (task management)

  • Monitor and optimise internal workflows, manage and report resource usage, coordinate resource allocations to improve business efficiency and efficacy, and address any issues outlined in report findings.

Financial Oversight

  • Partner with finance and leadership teams on budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

  • Provide information and support for the preparation of financial reports, budgets and analysis for strategic decisions

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency

People & Culture Oversight

  • Lead internal HR administration including onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and documentation

  • Support employee engagement programs, performance reviews, and training initiatives

  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture

Facilities & Technology Management

  • Manage office facilities, equipment needs, and supplier relationships

  • Coordinate IT systems, software access, and data security in partnership with external providers

  • Maintain WHS standards and ensure a safe, functional work environment
