**The role**

As a Licensed Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of conveyancing transactions, providing excellent customer service to clients, and ensuring a smooth and efficient conveyancing process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting property searches and providing advice on property law and regulations
- Drafting contracts and other legal documents related to property transactions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and solicitors to ensure a smooth and efficient conveyancing process.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and ensuring they are kept up to date with progress on their transaction

**About you**

You will be an experienced Licensed Conveyancer, who enjoys delivering a high level of service to your clients. In addition you will have;
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Experience working with PEXA.
