Are you a creative videographer who lives and breathes content?We're looking for a full-time Videographer / Content Creator to join RLStrength We are a fast-growing fitness coaching company that helps women transform their bodies and confidence.

RLStrength is one of Australia's leading online fitness coaching companies.

We help women lose their last 3–10kg, build strength, and embrace a lean, toned physique through smart training, sustainable nutrition, and real accountability.

Our mission is to make "skinny" healthy again and not about restriction or insecurity, but about strength, confidence, and long-term health.

We create daily content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube  and we're now looking for a dedicated videographer to help us scale.

The Role

As our in-house Videographer, you'll be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content for social media, ads, and client transformations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Filming and editing short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) with a fast-paced, social-first style
  • Producing and editing YouTube long-form videos (1–2 per week)
  • Capturing B-roll, behind-the-scenes, and client transformation footage

  • Managing and organising content libraries for easy access

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to test new ad creatives

  • Bringing creative ideas to the table to keep content engaging, on-trend, and high performing
  • Filming all content for RLSTRENGTH including Exercise library, VSLs
What We're Looking For
  • Proven videography and editing skills (portfolio required)
  • Strong understanding of social-first video formats (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro or similar editing tools
  • Ability to shoot in dynamic, high-energy environments (gyms, outdoors, events)
  • Creative thinker who understands hooks, pacing, and storytelling for social media
  • Organised and able to manage a fast-paced production schedule
  • Bonus: Experience with graphic design, motion graphics, or photography
