Direct Staff Nursing Agency is a growing healthcare staffing provider supporting aged-care and community services across Victoria. We supply qualified nurses, carers, and hospitality staff to leading facilities and pride ourselves on delivering reliable, high-quality service 24/7.
We are now entering an exciting growth phase and seeking an experienced marketing and business development professional to strengthen our brand presence and help expand our client network.
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead our first dedicated marketing push.
This hands-on, part-time contract (3 days/week over 3 months) is ideal for someone who enjoys building strategy and executing it directly — from content and outreach to lead generation and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a 3-month marketing and growth plan tailored to healthcare staffing
- Build brand visibility through LinkedIn, Google Business, and refreshed website content
- Create and distribute professional marketing materials (capability statement, digital brochure, case studies)
- Identify, research, and contact new aged-care and healthcare facility leads across Victoria
- Manage simple CRM tracking (HubSpot or Zoho) for leads, meetings, and follow-ups
- Support tender submissions and proposal templates for new opportunities
- Provide a brief handover plan to help the internal team continue the growth work post-contract
You'll Bring
- 3–6+ years' experience in marketing, business development, or client relationship management (preferably in B2B or healthcare sectors)
- Strong hands-on skills in lead generation, email/LinkedIn outreach, and basic digital marketing
- Excellent communication and writing ability with an eye for professional presentation
- Experience with LinkedIn, Canva, CRM tools, and basic website content management
- Self-motivated, organised, and confident dealing with business clients and facility managers
- Full Australian working rights
