The Opportunity

Working with a team of talented surveyors within our large property group, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing effective cadastral surveys to support Greenfields or urban development projects or significant infrastructure projects - depending on the candidate
  • Effectively manage the submission of survey documentation to statutory authorities.
  • Providing advice in the delivery of creative solutions that add value for clients
  • Ensuring work is carried out within the statutory and client's guidelines
  • Adhering to the Company's safety processes and procedures
  • Completing project responsibilities within scope, budget and schedule

About You

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Registered with the Surveyors Registration Board of Victoria
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with clients and clients development representatives
  • Demonstrated experience working with junior staff members and the senior licensed surveyor group
  • Experience with the applicable field of work on offer
  • Experience in the development process and an understanding of interpreting development consent conditions relevant to the subdivision process
  • Ability to supervise and prepare draft or conceptual subdivision plans forming the basis of subdivision and titling concepts for projects and developments
  • Ability to use software packages including of LisCAD and AutoCAD
