About the Role

We're seeking an adaptable Educator to join our small, close-knit team on a permanent part-time basis. In this role, you'll work across all rooms and age groups, covering leave and breaks, and supporting Educators while they are engaged in programming to ensure the smooth running of our days. It's a varied and rewarding position that allows you to build genuine partnerships with children and Educators throughout our service while helping us provide consistent, high-quality care.

Essential Criteria:

• Valid Blue Card
• Understanding of contemporary child safe practices
• Available for permanent part-time employment, 37.5 hours per week, from Monday to Friday (7am-6pm)
• Considerable recent experience in the Early Childhood Education sector with all different age groups or in a dedicated float role
• ACECQA approved Cert III and/or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or working towards, depending on course progress/experience
• Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates, Food Safety and Child Protection training with a recognised course code for Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk (or willing to obtain/refresh).
